Well the day is almost upon me to which I take my journey to the USofA. The First (1) of July (Canada Day) will be my day of retreat, no longer will I remain here to gather dust and grow old. I am moving on as time moves me on. Hopefully to something better then what I have here? I'll be leavening early morning, possibly around 4-5am with my car packed with my essentials. (Computer and cloths) Work was alright today, took for ever to end though. Oh well. Hey I have a story for y'all. The other day a trucker came into the Truck Stop with his brother, who was having severe pains in his neck and head. We called the ambulance, when they got there he was in major pain and bent his truck steering wheel from holding onto it when the pain struck. His blood pressure dropped really low just after the medics got there and he passed out, his heart stopped but the medics restabilized him and took him into the city to the hospital. While he was there his brother stayed behind to watch on the trucks in the lot. He came into the restaurant to get a bite to eat and to let us know how his brother was doing and what was happening. His brother was doing fine. The doctors released him around midnight. His brother picked him up and brought him back to the truck stop to his truck. He was fine, everything was good with him. Doctors did all kinds of test but couldn't find anything wrong with him so the released him after a few hours because he was in stable and good condition. Well when I got to work today the Mounties where by his truck. His brother died last night in his truck from a heart frailer. The truck driver is one of the nicest men I have ever met and talked with over the years that I have worked at the Truck Stop. His brother went to wake him in the morning but he didn't wake up, so he broke into the truck and found him dead. Poor guy. They where on their way to Winnipeg to see the doctors because his heart was bad and there was an operation going to be done on him to fix his heart before it killed him. It was too late. I have been quite busy lately and haven't had the time to post much as you can see. I only have a few days to go before I make the trip to Texas, yeeehaawa, stick it to your grandma! Works been ok I guess. The kind of place that drives you to retardation, or to drink, but I think of them as equals. When have you ever seen a drunk not act like a retard? Yeah me either. I realize the word retard is harsh, and even unexpected by some people as a valid word to distinguish specific types of people as being "abnormal", with out conscious though or even common sense. You could quite easily just call a drunk a drunk and have it at that, but I prefer retard myself because when you flip though all the pages in the drunkards manual and get to the last one, that is what it says you are when you drink, a retard. I'm not a drinker myself anymore. I had my fun in my youth, paid my dues and ate my fair share of my own puke. I honestly don't like to drink anymore, be it just for a "special" occasion or just to have a "sip". I don't care for it, as far as I'm concerned alcohol is more dangerous to youths then pot is. Hell pot doesn't even mess up your damn brains cells; it just sits beside 'em and tickles them with a big fluffy peacock feather. ::tickle::tickle:: :doze: We are trying to setup an Americas Army Radio Tower Server for all the RT whores out there. We just got the idea and started forming the rules and shit like that. Basically it will be a leased 24 slot server with all the CVAR checks and GUID checks you can shake a stick at. Will be fully administered like the old servers used to be back in the day. It should give people that have had enough with all the script kiddie fagolas DL'n hacks so they can "be a god" online a good clean place to play. If the server gets going this should give all those people that want to play fair, and play on their favorite map a place to play, that is kept cheat free 24/7. But we need people to donate funds to help pay for the server because it ain't cheap. We were figuring that we would need around 400 people paying 50 cents a month to keep it running. 500 people would be better because if 100 people decide not to pay one month there still will be plenty of money to assure the server is paid for for that month. Anyway it's a work in progress; right now it is just a bunch of idea's floating around a bunch a losers heads. Well I got to get to bed, stayed up way to damn late again tonight. Works going to suck, AGAIN, because I'm stupidly tired. Then have to listen to certain people bitch and complain about stupid shit. Fuck it makes the day drag on and on and on.... Then you don't want to do anything, get lazy and sit in the back wishing you had a gun with an extra bullet in it to stick in your head to stop the voices. posted @ 06:33 PM CST [link] |
